Fixed fees, our own crew
Delivery within 24 hours across the Orlando area with our own drivers. Fixed fees, and basic installation is free with every delivery.
All service charges are not refundable. We do not take trade-ins or buy used appliances.
One year, covered from day one
Every unit leaves with a free 1-year warranty: the first 30 days are on us, the rest of the year is handled by CPS, our warranty partner. Want longer? Extend it to up to 4 years at the counter.
The store covers it
Any functional problem in the first 30 days is on us: parts, labor and our own technicians. We are a scratch-and-dent store, so if the inside of the machine has an issue, we take full care of it.
CPS warranty
Free coverage through CPS, a third-party warranty company (a $99 deductible may apply to a CPS service call). Register within 30 days of your purchase and keep the KW# sticker on the appliance: removing it voids the warranty.
Extended warranty
A paid extended warranty covers parts and labor for up to four years, at a very reasonable price. Ask at the counter when you buy.
Damage caused by the customer or by a third party is not covered; a service fee from $50 applies depending on the situation. Cosmetic marks noted at the time of sale are not defects.
30 days to change your mind 😌
Sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out 😢 — so every unit comes with a 30-day return and exchange service. Here is how it works.
Not working as it should? Call, text or come in with your invoice and describe what the unit is doing.
We send a technician to inspect and repair, at no charge to you.
If the unit is confirmed non-operational, we replace it or refund it — no handling fee 🙌
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable once the unit is out for delivery.
- The unit comes back to the store for a refund or exchange; we can pick it up for an additional fee.
- Because we sell scratch-and-dent units, cosmetic marks alone are not a reason for a refund, and damage caused by the customer is not refundable.

Bought it here, at a big-box store or years ago? It doesn't matter. Our own factory-trained technicians repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and microwaves of every brand, and we answer every request within 48 hours.

Questions we get every day
What does "scratch and dent" mean?
A new machine with a cosmetic mark, usually from shipping or a showroom floor. It works exactly like the one in the box, and every unit is tested before we list it.
Do you deliver and install everything?
Yes. Standard delivery is $85, refrigerators and complex jobs $125, and built-in installations (cooktops and wall ovens) $249, all within 20 miles; basic installation is included free with every delivery. We deliver up to about 45 miles from the store — as far as DeLand, Davenport, Winter Haven and Cocoa — at +$2 per mile beyond 20 miles.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually within the week. Same-day delivery is $75 when the truck has room, ask when you order.
What is your return policy?
30 days. We first send a technician for a free inspection and repair; if the unit cannot be fixed you get a replacement or a refund with no handling fee. Delivery and service fees are not refundable, and cosmetic-only marks are not a reason for a return.
Do you take trade-ins or buy used appliances?
No. We do haul the old unit away for $25 per unit when we deliver.

Cash, Zelle, all major cards, and financing with a 0% interest 101-day option.
