What we collect, and why

What you give us. Your name, phone number and message when you fill in a form, use the chat, or text or call the store. We use them to answer you, hold a unit, schedule delivery or repair, and follow up on your request.
What our website records on its own. The pages you open, the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your internet address, and the ad or link that brought you here. We use this to answer you better, to fix problems on the site, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell this information.
Text messages. If you give us your number we may text you about your request from 321-300-9499. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
Cookies and ads. Google and Meta may set cookies when you arrive from one of our ads so that a purchase can be matched to the ad. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.
Chat assistant. The website chat is answered by an automated assistant; conversations are stored so our team can follow up and improve the answers. Do not type card numbers or ID numbers into the chat.
